When using our Platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account and password • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Not share your account credentials with third parties • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your automation workflows and data processing activities comply with relevant data protection and privacy laws.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees as they become due • Provide valid payment information • Accept responsibility for all charges incurred • Keep your billing information current Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by Autonoly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. While using our Platform, you retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a license to host, transfer, and process your data as necessary to provide our services.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Upload malicious code or content • Exceed your plan's usage limits intentionally • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. When using our Platform: • You remain responsible for your data's accuracy and legality • You must obtain necessary consents for data processing • You should maintain appropriate backup procedures • You must comply with our security guidelines We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We strive to maintain 99.9% Platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. For paid plans, service credits may be available for downtime exceeding our SLA terms. Details are available in our Service Level Agreement documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonoly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from: • Your use or inability to use the Platform • Any unauthorized access to your data • Statements or conduct of any third party • Service interruptions or data loss Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
